You are strongly encourage to use the standard storyboard format to better communicate with our design team.

Terms & Conditions:

1.  The final price of your video will be the same as long as the length of the video falls within your order.
2.  Watermark will be added to all draft video before finalizing. However your final approved video will not have any watermark on it.
3.  After approving the storyboard, and you decided to change or add the “Scene”, additional development charge of $100 per scene will be levied and if there is an increase in video length the difference will be charged as well.
4.  After the final video, if there is any mistakes on our part we will amend without charge. However if the error is caused by customers providing wrong information or materials, we will levied a fee on the amendments, depending the amount of work needed.
5. Please note that customers are fully responsible for the use of any images, materials, information and or video clips provided. We shall not assume responsibilities for any violation of trademark, copy right issues etc.
